Noyo Reserve was founded by Lionel and Rose Jacobs during their tenure as restaurateurs on the Mendocino Coast of Northern California. They created their own line of Gourmet Mustards and Salad Dressings for use in their restaurants - The Noyo River Restaurant and the Rendezvous - customers and friends alike urged Chef Lionel to produce these products on a larger scale and to offer them for public consumption. Once they had decided to pursue this venture the creative juices flowed and the result is the Noyo Brand of fabulous gourmet mustards. The Company evolved to become Napa Mustard Co. after their facility was relocated to Napa California.Time for the next generation to take over. Daughter Cindy has decided to join the business. She is now the Sole Proprietor of Napa Mustard Co. and will run the business with the same vigor and commitment to CUSTOMER SERVICE and continue the Company goals of producing only the finest products available.
